Item support includes

A supported item includes item support for 12 months from the purchase date. During those 12 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services. Response times by authors can vary depending on number of requests received.

1. Answering questions about how to right use the plugin.

2. Answering technical questions like:

  1. Questions about the features and functionality of the plugin
  2. Answer questions about third-party assets or functionality included with the item
  3. Provide guidance on how to use the plugin

3. Help with bugs in the item or conflicts with third-party assets included with the item

4. Providing item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities

Item support does not include

1. Item customization

2. Item installation

3. Conflicts, issues, and installation resolving for the third-party environment and hostings

4. Help from authors of included third-party assets
